Wednesday, April 8, a webinar about telemedicine was hosted by Healthy Start PhD Josephine Wagenaar (Erasmus MC), together with Ron van Beek (pediatric neonatologist, Amphia) and Anne Jacobs-Jelierse (nurse, Amphia). They talked about the fascinating world of telemedicine: digital remote care. What are the benefits of this form of ‘shared-care,’ how does it contribute to providing the right care in the right place, and how to get started?

During this webinar, TeleNeo, an innovative project and collaboration between Erasmus MC and Amphia Hospital, were discussed as a practical example. This project demonstrates how research from Healthy Start contributes to new possibilities in digital neonatal care and helps improve support for parents and newborns.
