Astrid Schop-Etman

At the Erasmus MC, Astrid is working as a project manager within Generation R, of which Professor Vincent Jaddoe is principal investigator. This project investigates growth, development, and health of children born in Rotterdam based on multiple cohorts. Astrid has a background in behavioural sciences and a PhD in health sciences. Her expertise is on integral collaborations and translating science into practice and policy.

As part of the HS Young Board, Astrid strives to make young researchers experience the fun and added value of thinking, working and experimenting out of their comfort zone to create innovative output.
