Meet the PDPC Team
Meet the multidisciplinary team of the Pandemic and Disaster Preparedness Center, a diverse group of experts dedicated to preparing society for future pandemics and disasters. The PDPC Team combines world-renowned expertise on infectious diseases, climate research, research into floods and other water-related emergencies, empirical sociology and crisis management, to answer the question:
‘How can we prevent large-scale crises or limit their impact?’
To this end, the PDPC conducts research in five frontrunner projects and in the Public Health Research for Preparedness research line. The PDPC also invests in education and knowledge transfer.
