On Wednesday November 22^nd a group of newly appointed PhD’s and postdocs that are hired by the ten research Flagships gathered at Convergence Square to talk about the needs and opportunities to optimize working at and within Convergence.

‘Working together at Convergence Square, learning from each other, meeting new people, showcasing prototypes.’ These are some of the ideas that popped-up during the round-table session. Concretely, the new staff expressed the desire to start working together, and by doing so, start with some basic rules and tools, such as platforms to interact and find each other. As a concrete first step we will set up social media guidelines and create shared groups on social media platforms to stimulate social interaction.

The follow-up meeting will be planned at the end of Q1 2024.
