The Future of Rehabilitation and Patient Empowerment
Join us for the Flagship Network Meeting 2026 on 21 May 2026 from 12:30 to 18:00, where researchers, clinicians, industry partners and innovators come together to bridge the gap between visionary research and real-world application.
This year’s meeting revolves around one central question: What does rehabilitation look like when the patient becomes the CEO of their own recovery?
Throughout the afternoon, participants will explore how rehabilitation technologies, AI, remote monitoring and human-centered design can contribute to more accessible, personalized and self-managed rehabilitation pathways. The programme combines research presentations, interactive workshops and interdisciplinary discussions designed to spark new collaborations and future directions across healthcare, technology and society.
The event is part of the Convergence Human Mobility Center (CHMC), one of the Flagship programmes within Convergence Health & Technology, focused on developing accessible and minimally supervised rehabilitation technologies for home-based care.
