Hosted by Erasmus MC (EMPOWER Network) and the Erasmus School of Health Policy & Management Sustainable HealthCare Workforce theme.
Healthcare systems face mounting pressures: workforce shortages, increasing care demand, staff burnout, digital transformation, and growing organisational complexity. During this symposium, researchers, healthcare professionals, policymakers and organisational leaders come together to explore how we can build a resilient and future-proof healthcare workforce for the decades ahead.
The afternoon will feature keynote speakers, interactive dialogue labs, research presentations and opportunities for networking and discussion across disciplines and sectors.
