HS Sprint project: ‘Resilience to Anxiety at School’
How can teachers, parents, and peers help?
Summary
Anxiety at school negatively impacts school performance and well-being. Together with youth, we will identify strategies how teachers, parents, and peers can support youth in managing their anxiety at school. A large sample of youth will subsequently indicate which of these support strategies work best for them. The resulting everyday, low-burden support strategies for teachers, parents, and youth to manage anxiety at school will be communicated via workshops for teachers, webinars for parents, and an online lesson for youth.
